LDA announces auction date for commercial residential plots in Jubilee Town Gujjarpura.

Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has announced the date to hold a public auction for residential and commercial plots in Jubilee Town, Gujjarpura, and Mustafa Town, according to a publication. As per the source, this event will also cover the balloting of additional plots reserved for the establishment of educational facilities in Jubliee Town and Faisal Town.

LDA invites bids for Entertainment Park development in Johar Town

According to the information available, the auction will be held on March 03 (Tuesday) at LDA Community Centre in New Muslim Town at 10 A.M.

The details of the 22 plots being auctioned off are as follows:

  • Jubilee Town: 11 commercial plots (including 5 corner plots), 1 educational site, and 3 residential plots.
  • Gujjarpura: 4 commercial plots (including 1 corner plot)
  • Mustafa Town: 2 corner commercial plots
  • Faisal Town: 1 educational site

LDA-registered town planners to inspect new buildings

The interested parties have been asked to submit the communicated earnest money in cash or as a demand draft/pay order in favor of LDA’s Urban Development (UD) Wing — which is to be deposited at booths installed at branches of the Allied Bank of Pakistan. This sum will be refundable except for the winning bids, with interested parties also requested to bring three attested copies of their computerized national identity cards (CNICs) along with all other required documents.

LDA launches crackdown against illegal housing societies in Sheikhupura

The people with winning bids will have to pay a third of the total plot price within 7 days in cash or via pay order, or their earnest money will be confiscated by the LDA. The remaining two-thirds of the plot prices will be payable within 30 days. In addition, these plots will be sold on an ‘as-is’ basis and the LDA administration will be within its right to reject any bids without showing cause. The authority will be the absolute authority on approval or rejection of bids.
