LDA Directors instructed to be present at one-window cells daily to facilitate public.

Lahore: Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Director General (DG) Ahmad Aziz Tarar has directed the authority’s officials to further improve the one-window cell facility available at the LDA’s office — with the authority’s Directors also instructed to be present for one hour between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM at the one-window cells to facilitate the public, a news source reported.

The DG further stated that the issues faced by the citizens should be resolved quickly so that they are not forced to visit the authority’s offices repeatedly. He added that as per Prime Minister Imran Khan’s vision, the construction sector should be facilitated and that unnecessary documents should not be demanded from the public.

Tarar made these comments while chairing a meeting to review the activity of the LDA’s one-window cells. On the occasion, he additionally directed that the officials should utilize their powers fairly for the benefit of the public and added that the public should be provided maximum relief while staying within the limits of the law.
