DHA Peshawar announced the last date for submitting forms for commercial plots.
Peshawar: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Peshawar administration has announced the last date for submitting forms for commercial plots, according to the developer’s official Facebook account. The inventory for 4-marla and 8-marla commercial plots was launched earlier on March 15, while the last date to submit application forms for these units is June 5.
According to the payment plan DHA Peshawar shared earlier, these commercial plots are available on a 3-year payment plan. The non-refundable processing fee for applying for these plots is PKR 20,000 and PKR 30,000 for 4-marla and 8-marla commercial units. Here is the payment plan for these plots.

To determine the successful applicants, DHA Peshawar will conduct a ballot, the date for which will be announced later. As per the terms and conditions specified in the application form, the successful applicants will be required to make the down payment within 30 days of the ballot. Failing the submission of down payment dues within this time period, DHA will cancel the applications without prior notice.
Furthermore, DHA will offer an 8% discount to the applicants who will make full payment for their plots within 90 days of the ballot. As and when there is another update from DHA Peshawar will keep you posted. Stay tuned!
