DHA Bahawalpur invites EOI for rental properties in the commercial area.

Bahawalpur: As announced on the official Facebook page, the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Bahawalpur has invited business entities interested to invest in rental properties located in the commercial area of the villa community to submit expressions of interest EOI.

According to the announcement, the last date to submit the applications is June 19. The shops for which EOIs are being invited are available in sizes of 345.5 and 316.35 square feet. In the post, the developer said, “Forward-looking businesses, retail chains, and individuals interested in business investment opportunities in DHA Bahawalpur can send their applications on P/O Box Number 52, Bahawalpur, Punjab.”
