Prime Minister Imran Khan has entrusted the Privatization Commission with the auctioning of abandoned federal government properties.

In the first phase of the auction held on Monday, five government-owned properties, including two penthouses at Islamabad Country Club, two apartments, one at Centaurus Mall, and others located at Pakistan Housing Authority apartments were sold.

The land auction at Pir Sohawa generated the most interest, with investors increasing their bid until the final call.
