Al Kabir Town announces balloting date for Umer Block

The publication further states that the project developer-only initiated development work once the LDA had provided its requisite approvals. This helped people get possession of their property on time and allowed them to proceed to construct their houses. Moreover, society has additional land in possession and not even a single plot owner has filed a case against them.

Furthermore, the notice states that the Supreme Court-mandated Joint Investigation Team (JIT) has scrutinized the society’s records and has declared the project as being legal and transparent. Reportedly, the JIT was comprised of officials representing the National Accountability Bureau, the Revenue Department, and the Anti-Corruption Department.
