Park Enclave development work resumed

The press release added that work on the street lights in the rest of the project, and its surrounding areas, was currently underway and that it would be completed soon. According to the information available, this development comes after a delay of almost ten years, as it was revealed that the lights had remained non-operational due to issues within the government departments concerned.

However, the incumbent Park Enclave management took the decision to resolve these problems, allowing the relevant department to begin the installation of lights by installing two transformers to light-up the housing society’s major roads.

Construction work relaunched in Park Enclave

The department is currently working on the installation of the remaining five transformers, after which the lights along streets and other areas of the project will also become operational.

Even though the Park Enclave project was launched back in 2011, it has yet to be completed. However, development work is currently underway at the project site; with many allottees either in the process of building their homes or moving into their completed houses.

CDA awards contract to complete remaining work on Park Enclave

In addition, the CDA has ensured the usage of cost-efficient LED street lights throughout the housing project, which will provide a sense of security to the residents and help enhance the project’s overall aesthetic.
