LDA invites prequalification bids for the construction of Shahkam Flyover

The citizens will now be allowed to initiate construction if the building plan approvals are delayed beyond the allotted time period. Previously, citizens were obligated to wait for months to get their building plans approved, which caused avoidable delays in developments.

Once the allotted time for both commercial and residential projects has expired, the Town Planning Wing of the LDA will be held accountable. Moreover, the construction work on structures will only be halted by the authority in case of violations of the submitted building plan.
