DHA Gujranwala extends the deadline for payment of 5 marla plots dues.

Gujranwala: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Gujranwala recently announced its decision to extend its payment deadline for individuals who are yet to pay their last 5-marla plot file installment, according to the authority’s official social media page. The new deadline has been set for March 31.

DHA Gujranwala extends installment period for commercial, residential plots

The authority issued some 4,000 plot files for 5-Marla residential plots back in 2018, with a PKR 300,000 down payment required for each plot. The file holders were asked to clear their dues in quarterly installments, the duration of which was set to expire this month. However, to facilitate the file holders, DHA extended the deadline for the final installment.

The registration fees for these plots are PKR 10,000 and the transfer fees have been set at PKR 15,000.
